INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 Bananas
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Apples
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 level tsp Cinnamon
- 1 level tsp Ginger
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 3-4 cups gluten free oats
- Honey to taste
METHOD
- Mash up the bananas in a large mixing bowl , grate the apples and carrots then add to the bowl along with all other ingredients. Stir well and add honey to taste. Add more oats if required to create a moist, but not wet, mixture.
- Line a square tin with greaseproof paper and add the mix, press and level with a fork.
- Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes or until slightly golden on top.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark cupboard or pantry and eat within 3 days.
