• 2-3 Bananas
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 level tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 level tsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 3-4 cups gluten free oats
  • Honey to taste


  1. Mash up the bananas in a large mixing bowl , grate the apples and carrots then add to the bowl along with all other ingredients. Stir well and add honey to taste. Add more oats if required to create a moist, but not wet, mixture.
  2. Line a square tin with greaseproof paper and add the mix, press and level with a fork.
  3. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes or until slightly golden on top.
  4. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
  5. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark cupboard or pantry and eat within 3 days.
