Having recently moved back to my childhood town of Frinton-on-Sea, otherwise known as the Sunshine Coast, I spend my days with my amazing husband and scrumptious daughter, plus our extended furry and feathered family. When I’m not working on the renovation of our house and garden, my great passion is nutrition and the benefits of embracing an organic, gluten-free and wholefood based diet.
I am just about to enter my penultimate year of study which will enable me to help others as a Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach. I love cooking and have an experimental lust for going off piste when it comes to recipes. Given that I couldn’t even boil rice when I left home, if there is one thing I would dearly love to pass onto others it is the knowledge that every recipe can be simplified and regardless of your budget, a healthy wholefood diet is both achievable and sustainable.
My other great love is gardening and the great outdoors and, along with my husband and our legendary gardener, we are tirelessly restoring the Percy Cane designed garden in our seaside home. I have recently started studying the RHS Level 2 Diploma in Horticulture at the Beth Chatto Gardens based in Elmstead Market, Essex.
